Tesh Diyal has been a restaurant manager and sommelier at Piatti, Morton's Steakhouse, Ella, and The Kitchen. He currently works as the sommelier at The Sutter Club and runs his own wine company called Wine With Tesh. We worked together for years helping run the sommelier team at The Tower Bridge Dinner (under the leadership of Jeremy Reed) and I'm honored that Tesh agreed to be the first guest on this podcast.
